  • Application Lifecycle Management Platform for more than 400 different IT Applications from small to very complex.
  • Process support should be given for waterfall teams as well as for continuous delivery teams.
  • A fast cross tool workspace provisioning for new projects was essential as well as a compliant CD pipeline infrastructure.
  • Cost-optimized operation of the platform.

  • A scalable Best of Breed DevOps toolchain for software development from idea to production was conceptualized.
  • Automated installation, configuration and test for the toolchain has been implemented.
  • Tool integrations and migrations were also automated.
  • All security requirements were fulfilled right from the beginning to be compliant.
  • Custom add-ons were developed for fast and secure user onboarding and workspace provisioning.
  • Stack consists of Atlassian Crowd, JIRA Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonarqube, TeamForge / Subversion plus PlugIns for the various tools.
  • Dynamic license assignment for active tool licence cost control is done via the ASERVO add-on Dylias.
  • For stack deployment Helm Charts and Jenkins pipeline were used, Cucumber / Selenium for stack testing and REST-API add-ons for automatic configuration.
