The development of software for systems with different variants places a lot of demands on software management. New market- and customer-specific product variants must be assessed and planned precisely and realized in a timely manner with a high degree of quality. Configuration and requirements management in particular must be aligned with these requirements.

The seminar shows you how new and tested concepts can help to increase efficiency and quality in relation to product line development. Requirement, configuration and change management, including traceability across the entire software lifecycle will be discussed with emphasis on multi-variant systems.
