Workshop
Subversion® is a powerful tool with versatile functions. Following a relatively short learning period, utilisation is simplified considerably – above all when all participants have a similar level of knowledge of Subversion. Users switching from other versioning systems will notice many similarities but must still change their way of thinking in part in order to use Subversion efficiently. Following an introduction to the theory, the workshop participants receive an introduction to working with Subversion with hands-on exercises.
Goals:
- Solid knowledge of the Subversion architecture and functionality
- Knowledge and effective use of the provided Subversion features
- Collective and parallel collaboration in Subversion controlled software projects
